The hotel was well kept and appeasing to the eye from the outside, as well as the lobby and dining area. The staff were extremely helpful and greeted you each time that you came into the door. The outdoor patio areas were perfect for sitting and enjoying the weather.
I am typically not a complainer of beds in a hotel, but my particular bed was extremely uncomfortable. I could not get out of bed the next morning due to my back aching.

We were visiting family so left after breakfast and didn't return until late evening. When we returned on Sunday evening at about 9:30 pm, we found that our room had not been serviced. The gentleman at the front desk was quick to bring us fresh towels and coffee supplies but someone should have checked to make sure that our rooms were clean.

The friendliness of the staff. The breakfast buffet was good. The shuttle was always available. Everything we did was either in walking distance or we took the city bus and train to downtown atlanta.
The pillows in the room. We didnt like our key not working the second to last day of our stay. Bed was ok, but woke up a little bit stiff. WIFI didnt work too fast on my phone.

Soft bed
No breakfast, no restaurant, no food or even coffee at hotel. Bathroom smelled of sewage. Booked.net stated price of $116.00 but credit card was charged 134.00. Will never stay there again. Desk clerk said everything was shut down because of low occupancy. Wrote to Booked.net but no one ever responded. Oh well, lots of other booking sites and hotels live and learn....
